Refund Policy

CrispDock is free to try — the free version is the full app with a watermark on printed labels — so you can make sure it works with your printer before you pay.

30-day refunds

If CrispDock isn’t right for you, email cs@crispdock.com within 30 days of a payment with the email address you bought with, and we’ll refund that payment in full. This applies to yearly and lifetime payments, including renewals and the first charge after a free trial.

Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

What happens to the licence

Once a payment is refunded, the licence key it paid for stops working right away and CrispDock goes back to printing with the watermark. A refunded subscription is cancelled.

Free trial

The yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial for new customers. Nothing is charged during the trial; cancel from your account before it ends and you won’t be charged at all.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time from your account page. Your licence keeps working until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Cancelling on its own doesn’t refund the current period — ask us within 30 days of the payment if you’d like that.

Switching to Lifetime

When you switch from a subscription to Lifetime, the unused days of your current paid year are taken off the Lifetime price (days in a free trial aren’t credited, since nothing was paid for them). The subscription payments already made aren’t refunded separately.
