Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of CrispDock for Zebra (“CrispDock”), the macOS printer driver sold by solesolution Inc (“we”, “us”), and of crispdock.com and your CrispDock account. By downloading CrispDock or buying a licence you agree to them.
The software
CrispDock is free to download and use. Without a licence, printed labels carry a small watermark. A paid licence removes the watermark:
- Pro removes it for printing from the Mac where the licence is activated.
- Pro + AirShare also removes it for jobs sent to that Mac’s shared printers from iPhone, iPad and other Macs.
Each licence key works on one Mac at a time. You can move it to another Mac from your account page. Please don’t share, resell or try to get around the licence check.
Plans and payment
Prices are shown on the pricing section in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
- Yearly plan renews automatically each year and charges the card on file until you cancel.
- Lifetime is a single payment with no renewal.
Free trial
New customers can start the yearly plan with a 7-day free trial, once per customer and once per Mac. You enter a card at checkout but aren’t charged during the trial. When the trial ends, the yearly price shown at checkout is charged automatically and the plan renews each year, unless you cancel from your account page before the trial ends. The trial end date is shown in your licence email and in your account.
If a renewal payment fails and the card isn’t updated within 24 hours, the subscription is cancelled. When a paid period ends, the licence keeps working for 24 more hours and then labels print with the free watermark again; your key, Macs and settings stay, and renewing turns it back on.
Cancelling
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account page. It stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for and then isn’t renewed. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
Chargebacks and misuse
If a payment is refunded or disputed with your bank, the licence key it paid for stops working. We may also deactivate keys that are shared publicly or obtained fraudulently.
Updates and availability
We release updates from time to time and may change features. Printing works offline; activating and renewing a licence needs an occasional internet connection to api.crispdock.com.
No warranty
CrispDock is provided “as is”. We work hard to make labels print correctly, but we can’t guarantee it will work with every printer, label or app, or that it will be error-free. Always check important labels before you ship.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost shipments, lost profits or carrier fees), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for CrispDock in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; changes don’t apply to payments you’ve already made.
